Heads/Cam Gen V Viper ACR vs. stock McLaren 720S

The McLaren 720S is absurdly fast. Watching it destroy everything it runs is starting to get a bit boring. It needs some stout competition. A heads/cam Viper certainly is stout but this is an ACR which is built for the track and has a ton of downforce.

That rear wing is creating drag that is not helping in a roll race. Furthermore, even with upgraded heads, a tune, exhaust, and an aggressive cam this naturally aspirated Viper is making less power and torque than the stock 720S.

Throw in that the Viper has a manual and you get the result you see here.

It's time for the 720S to start going up against stronger competition.

Definitely closer but the 720S is still running away with it.

Nothing stock can touch it short of a P1 or LaFerrari.
