equus bass 770
Does anyone know anything about this thing? Apparently it shares an engine with either the ZR1 or ZL1. I saw an interview with a representative from the company and he said it had a dual clutch 6 speed, but in everything I've seen it had a manual. He also claimed 3 sec 0-60 and over 200 mph.Its obviously styled after 60's/70's era muscle cars.

I think we have some posts on it. It's essentially classic proportions with modern parts right?
Moving this to general automotive.
I thought this was going to be a thread about speakers.BRAND NEW IN BOX 991.2 standard/non-pse SPW cat bypass pipe for sale - $899 shipped
New generic 991.2 PSE bypass pipes - $499 shipped

i mean to be honest if the interior was handcrafted with all the finest blah blah and came with white gold in the interior as well as 50 bulls' hides and the highest quality toilet paper and blah blah blah then maybe i could appreciate the price
they're trying to meet at the line with the luxury car market and the performance enthusiast market but i don't see any options on the car that wow me on the luxury end and performance wise, well that's pretty much self explanatory

I have seen this car.
I have mixed feelings but leaning towards negative feelings.
First, other then sex appeal what are you getting for 200k? A chevy engine in a carbon chassis that looks cool? Might as well get a Mosler if that's what you want.
The name immediately makes me think of confusion. What kind of stupid name is this?
EQUUS reminds me of Hyundai and Bass reminds me of a freshwater fish that I eat from time to time, I know it's pronounced Base but when someone reads it for the first time they wont pronounce it Base in their head (that's what happened to me trololo).
770, isnt this the displacement of one cylinder? Um ok... Who cares what one of your cylinders displaces? Whatever ever happened to figures that people actually give a $#@! about like the displacement of the whole engine or the top speed or whatever.
BTW what's up G0TBOOST when did you get back? Been a while, $#@!...Some people live long, meaningful lives.
Other people eat shit and die.
I'm not racist, I hate everybody equally; especially fat people.

yeah if I was going to spend that kind of money on an "American" car I would rather have a venom gt...and if I had venom Gt money I am importing a wiesmann mf5 lol.
Yeah I had to take a break from the forums for a sec and focus on school/work. Keep a look out though cause I'm going to be coming out with a review/ introduction thread for the next big tuner in the BMW world!

More pics? I love the shots of the front and back. Not a fan of the interior, but don't hate it either - see what they were trying to do.

Nope it's a company called forza tuned in southern Indiana. I'll be writing a little review for it soon. They have done several +1000hp camaros, a few Ferraris, some evos and sti's. now they are trying to really break into the bmw world. They have been pretty low key but now they are trying to go mainstream
Welcome...
