Quattro does not prevent stupidity - Watch an Audi S5 slide through the snow into a pole
Audi is always quick to tout the advantages of its Quattro all wheel drive traction. It is definitely true that in the snow or rain Quattro offers a great traction advantage. Some people let this go to their heads and think all wheel drive somehow makes them defy the laws of physics. Well, it does not as the video below shows. Whether all wheel drive, front wheel drive, or rear wheel drive, proper control of mass in motion is paramount.
This person should just be happy they slowed down enough to not to serious harm to themselves and that an oncoming car was not hit.
