    E85 tuned F80 M3 vs. JB4 tuned F90 M5, 600 whp F82 M4, and 625 whp F80 M3

The camera car in this video is a BMW F80 M3 tuned by @F80Paul on E85 so safe to say the stock turbos are pushed pretty hard. It definitely impresses in its performance though running a JB4 tuned F90 M5 with catless downpipes, a 600 wheel horsepower BMW F82 M4, and 625 whp F80 M3 flash tuned.

The E85 tuned F80 M3 camera car is pretty stout.

The first run against the JB4 tuned F90 M5 the F80 M3 wins easily.

The second run features a 600 whp F82 M4 and the F90 M5. The camera car F80 M3 wins again and the F90 is beaten by both.

The third run is another run against the F90 M5 which the F80 camera car again wins easily.

Last but not least is a F80 M3 said to make 625 whp and the F90 M5 again. The M5 is the slowest of the trio and the camera car again pulls.

Certainly impressive performance for what is said to be an E85 tuned F80 M3 on the stock turbos.

Spoke with Camera Car... he running a STG1+ E85 tune on stock hardware now added Downpipes and switching to STG2+ E85 tune to re-run again.

These runs were a few weeks ago back in May it seems, all the cars supposedly got re-tuned/more power.

He said F82 600whp M4 and other F80 M3 625whp both you see in middle lane are tuned by somebody else and both had a passenger.

You can see far right the F90 M5 beats them except Camera Car which is part of the East Coast @Bm3tuning squad (looks like they tune via bootmod3)

E85 allows all kind of timing and boost increases if the fueling system can accommodate the volume required.

Just not to convenient real world to refuel every 150 miles or so.

    I mean, I guess it's possible? I'm a bit skeptical though having a 580whp M4 of my own...
That F90 is probably on map 0.

I'd read to expect 75% of normal gas mileage on e85.

Agreed we can't wait and see what our F90 can do.
So far my buddies in EU hold the F90 Platform Record 100-200 at 5.29s on pump others are doing 5.3-5.4 with MS109

If this e85 m3 is truly on stock turbos , it is max effort boost running close to 30psi probably tapering down at redline....

Remember a stock m3 is a slow-a$$ car next to an f90 m5 so something has to give here

Sorry to disappoint you, that's the equivalent of jb4 F90 inconsistent but also could be just a weaker F90 engine.

There's a handful strong healthy F80's/F82 that do big damage on stock turbos without being max effort.
