    $#@! talking GT500 owner calls out Nissan GT-R's... gets smacked down - 950 whp GT500 vs. 900 whp GT-R

We all see (and many of us engage in) forum smacktalk. It is part of the fun of car forums. For some, it is all they do on a car forum. Things can get heated when cars, horsepower, and egos mix and often times torque can go to someone's head.

Well the new GT500 generates plenty of torque and the car in the video is a ~950 wheel horsepower version. You probably saw it in action in a few videos with one most recently posted last week. The GT500 is fast but it definitely lost races in that video.

The video below tells the story, enjoy:

Owner of this 2020 GT500 owner gets smacked. Comes into GTR forum beating his chest with 950whp. Asks for any 900ish whp gtr to race him. We provide one for him, he loses, then goes on his youtube channel to whine an say it made more. We uploaded this video and he flagged it because it shows him getting drugged! Enjoy!

I love the GT500, but the muppets in that video are hilarious.

    GT500
    950whp
    42XXlbs

    GTR
    900whp
    39XXlbs

The GT500 weighs 300lbs more but also has 50whp more, a roll race should have been closer than it was...

I have a feeling if you put them both on the same dyno, back to back you would see different numbers than advertised.

I'd have to agree. That was hardly a race. I'm not sure if its more childish to lie about power output to guarantee a win or cherry-pick your opponents to guarantee a win.

Damn so I must apologize to Steven Nestore for pumping his head up that this car trapped 158 in texas. After all the drama and us being called LIARS that the car made more then the 961 that we said it made and that it actually made 1050.

Well here it is. With race weight at 3790-3800 it trapped 152. (It had a carbon driver seat no passenger seat and a few other things stripped)

Our misunderstanding was the class leader went 158 mph

My bad so you got your $#@! pushed in full weight with 270 extra lb driver. Edit: thats the only slip I had. The 9.15 @152 was in the finals
