GT-R is running the Greddy turbo kit, (~26psi) with E85 putting down ~770 AWHP, the bolt on GTT was running MS109 and put down 808 RWHP (8psi)



wow, the race was close, the GT-R did win by 1/2 car each time since it shifts so damn fast, runs started at ~50 MPH, one run was up to 175 MPH

it was all tranny that and gearing. was the lambo stick or e-gear? i too was surprised by the outcome but it's obvious why. and e85, did they upgrade or change the fuel pumps? that's sick for the new GT-R. makes me scared of gt3 on e85

Well, the Gallardo seems to be on stock internals, right? If so, that package starts at around $30k.

if the lambo was a stick it would have won but instead it was the laggy ass e-gear. and then when they tune these stock motor Gallardos they are at the liberty of the rods. so they have the wastgates bleed out all of the boost in between gears to save stress on the rods

I thought the E-gear was only laggy in the early models?

I have seen 800 whp on the stock rods though... they seem to be pretty strong.

its is laggy in all models compared to GTR. And the peak hp is fine .. but when you shift gears high cylinder pressure comes into play causing alot of stress on the rods in between gears

Well, it shifts slower since it isn't a DCT but laggy may not be the right word.

I see, so backing it down for shifts makes sense.
