RedGutz 991 Turbo S with Champion Motorsports Turbo Upgrade Roll Races All Comers at Pocono Raceway
Today I took RedGutz roll racing at Pocono Raceway at Slipstream Racing Events East Coast Call Out. Roll racing was from under 65 mph start 1600 feet down the main straight. My car consistently ran 152 and 153 mpg traps with the best two runs at 153 mph. A Cobb Stage 1 991.1 Turbo S running race gas had a best trap of 145 mph. Our race is on here.My mods at the time of the race: Champion Turbo 68 mm VTG turbo upgrade, Champion Motorsports Intercoolers, Tubi Catless race exhaust, GIAC tune, BMC filter, Champion Motorsports race diverter valves. Car was running race gas (Sunoco GT 260 plus) on race gas tune file. Here are my GoPro videos:991.1 Turbo S with Cobb Stage 1 running race gas (MS109) M6https://youtu.be/qDS1WyG0ceYModded F10 M5https://youtu.be/XSQO-_feGukModded 996 Turbohttps://youtu.be/StYoERySm1EModded Vettehttps://youtu.be/OOk0it8Xv4QModded GTOhttps://youtu.be/GYNZ9pOs4K8

Porsche 991.1 Turbo S with Champion Motorsports Turbo upgrade & GIAC tuning vs. F13 M6, F10 M5, C6 Vette, Cobb 991.1 Turbo S, 996 Turbo, and GTO
This Porsche 991.1 Turbo S should be well known to avid BoostAddict readers as it belongs to @sdg1871. He pushes the 991.1 Turbo platform hard and his car is quite simply a beast. It features the 68mm Champion Motorsports VTG turbochargers.
Additionally, GIAC Stage IV tuning makes it all work. In addition the Turbo has Champion Motorsports intercoolers, a Tubi race exhaust, and ran on Sunoco GT 260 Plus fuel.
@sdg1871 only provides one camera angle (get another GoPro!) facing to the rear but that is all he needs.
Let's start with a modified GTO. The owner should modify it a bit more:
Next up is a C6 Corvette with unknown mods that puts up a pretty good fight.
A Porsche 996 Turbo tries its luck but just not have the top end to compete:
A bolt on F10 M5 is next. There are some very strong bolt on F10's out there but this does not appear to be one of them.
How about tuned F13 M6? Nope, fares worse than the M5:
A Cobb tuned Porsche 991.1 Turbo S is the final run. It gives a good idea as to how a bolt on 991.1 Turbo compares to a 991.1 Turbo with a turbocharger upgrade:
How about some runs against stiffer competition @sdg1871? Maybe some of those McLarens we see in the background?BRAND NEW IN BOX 991.2 standard/non-pse SPW cat bypass pipe for sale - $899 shipped

I didn't get to line up with the McLarens but they were trapping lower than me. The one exception was the tune and downpipe and I believe intercoolers 570s that was trapping the same as mine at 153 but I believe had a higher elapsed time.

Yes I just got the video today from a friend who was my passenger for the one run against the UGR Lambo. The run was unplanned. They staged me against him and I thought wow that's cool. I already put my go Pro camera away for the day I was actually just giving my friend a ride as a courtesy so he could experience the car. Every other run I was alone with no passenger.

That TT Lambo should be running an Alpha Omega/G GTR etc , not a 911 with ~1500hp less ....
