check this out PR.
Look at the dates I posted everything here.
I just got a call from my SA stating the car is not ready yet.
The sensor was replaced, software rewritten on the ECU, but something was still wrong with the car.
The catalytic convertor needs to be replaced.

sounds about right.
I was thinking yesterday to stop mentioning what's going on with the car otherwise the second hand market for this model will disappear.

new to forum, but have had my 335d for 2 years now (bought it used, after warranty expired)
running jbd for the last year, and looking for more power, thinking about a bigger big turbo to move up the power band, and also considering removing scr, dpf system.
Surprised to hear about dixy's problems, so far i have not had any problems whatsoever, and i'm pushing 150km
Dixy, so what happen next? all good?

I was not successful finding bigger turbo kits, or diy or anything of that kind.
But I did sometime ago read about rebuilding the baby turbos with bigger impellers, not sure if that was for the 335i or d.

Changing the impellers is probably the best way to go as I can't think of any aftermarket big turbo options.
Unfortunately it's a small market.BRAND NEW IN BOX 991.2 standard/non-pse SPW cat bypass pipe for sale - $899 shipped

The car was diagnosed with carbon buildup, had almost everything replaced and cleaned up.
