320d driven 1013 miles on 1 tank
I'd bet serious money that this car would get scooped up like crazy if it were offered in the states.
Driving and sipping diesel through a very, very, very thin straw
Over the course of the 1,013-mile journey, Ford and his 320d EfficientDynamics (ED) had an average speed of 59.3 miles per hour and saw fuel economy spike at around 63 miles per gallon with an overall average of 57.4 mpg. During the drive, Ford resisted the urge to hypermile the car, but he did drive with the air conditioning off and was easy on the throttle. Although hypermiling tactics would further improve the car’s range, it likely wouldn’t be close to the 1,445 miles that Ford Motor Company got off a single tank of gasoline in the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid.Last edited by Ronin; 05-25-2010 at 11:23 AM.

You wont see high MPG diesels till the EPA gets their head out of their asses.
the EGR, urea injection and 2340 catalytic converters and other BS nanny crap that IMO is there just to regulate and control them- not to actually allow them to flourish in the market they would DOMINATE in.

1000 miles. Nope. Have a F30 320 diesel and 1 tank is good for 1000 km which is 625 miles.

Ron1n glad to see you
Anyway I concur with the above I deleted the DPF SC EGR and car is running better than before let alone an increase in HP and Tq. I did a roundtrip run and got 160 miles to a quarter of the tank the most I got before was 110 miles so there was and increase in mpg's
