Boba Motoring has built some insane MKII Golf's. The MKII weighs basically nothing. Well, fine, not nothing but around 2470 pounds with the addition of a 4Motion all wheel drive system so it can get some kind of traction. Boba Motoring has shown their MKII builds hitting over 200 mph and running mid 8's in the 1/4 mile at 165 miles per hour. They took this particular black MKII out to a makeshift strip for a track day and essentially annihilated everyone there.

Keep in mind this is an 1150+ horsepower car on E85 at 58 psi of boost. Yes, 58 psi. 580 horsepower per liter. 287 horsepower per cylinder. It also revs to 9200 rpm. When launching at close to 7k rpm it is pretty similar to getting shot out of a canon.

The 1/4 mile times are not NHRA certified but it does not matter. This thing is absurdly fast. Big boost + low weight = FAST.
