2011 335d + JBD = surging idle and no go :(
Tried a brand new JBD on my new-to-me '11d, and even on the lowest setting it would barely idle and drive. Time to get a flash...

i had the same problem on my 2009 one. Change to an other box vendor (there are better or lets say more compatible ones out there) or get a flash.
There are boxes where you can set the power level and the rpm range of the power level. Im using one of them and am happy with it. The Racechip Box for example.

dont think he will be able to help.
In my case he told me that my fuel pump probably is broken... in my opinion some cars simply are not comaptible to the jbd. And others perform very well.

When BT reset my VIN count on my cable, they found that I couldn't access my DDE without going in through a different menu. I sent a screen shot of my DDE info so they could add it to the next release. I'm really impressed with their service.
I think I must have a different revision that is more sensitive to the rail pressure and what it should be. it wouldn't surprise me, given how hard BMW fights piggybacks on the N54.2008 135 GIAC Stage II Race File
