MTM tuned C6 Audi RS6 gets crushed from a roll by a Manhart Racing "Stage 4" F12 M6

This is quite a beatdown and it's hard to understand why it is as bad as it is. Not even much of a race, the M6 just flat out kicks the crap out of the RS6. The RS6 is said to have MTM tuning parts good for 743 horsepower which considering the stock 571 horsepower from the twin turbo 5.0 liter V10 is output reached fairly often with tuned C6 RS6's. The Manhard Racing M6 is said to have a "Stage 4" package whatever that is with a claimed 700 horsepower.

For the new M6 currently there is not much more available than a tune and exhaust so that is likely what this car has. The advantage it has over the RS6 is a dual clutch gearbox and rear wheel drive which is more efficient from a roll. It also is a couple hundred pounds lighter depending on whose specs you go buy but definitely the lighter car of the two. This race should be closer but without any dyno numbers for the cars or supplemental information for all we know the guy who put up this video (who has extreme BMW bias) may have chosen a stock RS6.

Regardless, video of the beatdown below.

Im pretty sure the Manhart stage 4 is the same as the M5 which has

    • MHR Axle back exhaust

    • MHR Downpipes with cats
    • MHR Carbon air boxes by Gruppe M
    • MHR Power boxes
    • MHR Remap

there is more info on m5boards about the manhart kit.

Never had any chance, they were full of excuses all day, but if I compare with other cars that we raced , my guess is that it would been a draw between the Manhard M6 and my car.
