    New shoes coming soon...maybe

    I'll know early next week.

19x8.5 in the front, 19x9.5 in the rear. Tires in the rear are 295/30's...this should be fun. Click here to enlarge

They're rubbing, so I'm going to get the camber/toe adjusted tomorrow (hopefully), because rolling the fenders didn't solve the problem, but...here they are:

Hey. Ronin, depending on how your camber adjustments go, you could also consider cutting the lip on the fenders. This will typically buy you another Mm or so as compare to the roll.

    good luck, brother!

At the shop now. Cutting the lip might be a little more work than I'm willing to do for this. It'd be easier to just drop down a size on the tires and sacrifice a little of the look for a better ride.

That's fair. Survey says....? Did the camber do it?

Also, out of curiosity, what fronts did you choose to go with a 295 rear? 255?

Running 2 3/8ths and 2 1/2 camber in the rear, with 1/4th toe, and I'm still rubbing, so no dice. Fronts are 245's. Anything larger and they'll rub lock to lock.

Bummer. Are you going 275 or 265 with the next set?

I grabbed a pair of 275/30 RE760's, and they fit the wheel just fine, and they're ridiculously sticky, but I also got the fenders rolled deeper. 295's still rubbed, but I think a 285/35 may be the ticket I'm looking for. I have the place I got my tires from bringing in some S04's, and I may very well throw those on (they have a 30 day guarantee on the tires....you can bring them back if you don't like them and swap out to another set and only pay the difference). It doesn't hurt that I know the gal that works at the place, either. Click here to enlarge
